Preparing for a SASSA office visit
Not every issue requires an office visit, but some people still need one. Before travelling, list the specific question you need answered and gather the documents relevant to that issue.
Good preparation usually includes an ID document, any reference number, and copies of records connected to the problem you are discussing.
