Learnership Programme

Introduction

Airports Company South Africa is looking for enthusiastic young people between the ages of 18 and 34 to enter a Learnership Agreement for a period of up to 18 months. Our Learnership Programmes are designed to help young talent embark on their professional careers, develop skills and knowledge that will enable them to fly and soar on high.

This opportunity will be based at King Palo Airport


Duties & Responsibilities

The learnership opportunities offer the youth an opportunity to acquire any of the following qualifications:

  • National Certificate: Business Administration Services – NQF 3

The Learnership Programmes will be structured along the guidelines of learning programmes accredited by the relevant SETAs.

Learners will spend 70% of their time on the practical components of the training at the relevant departments.

Theoretical training will form 30% of the programme and will be conducted at both our facilities and the service providers facilities.

As part of the Learnership Programme, learners will receive a stipend for the duration of the programme.


Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Learners must have Grade 12
  • Unemployed applicants
  • South African citizens
  • Must be between the ages of 18-34 years
  • Physical and medical fitness for (Fire and Rescue)
  • Have no criminal record
