SPAR South Rand is looking for a suitably qualified Admin Clerk to join their dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Based in Jet Park, the purpose of the position is to assist the Finance ROM in growing retail profitability by providing accurate financials.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Building relationships with the Retail Operations team, Retailers and Managers
- Pulling of SIGMA reports for Benchmarking purposes
- Capturing of financial information, variance reports and sales for direct benchmark stores
- Compile and ensure accurate capturing of Income Statements for all direct stores
- Splitting of expenses and Non-Scan sales from SIGMA and the Income statement into correct areas of the Benchmarks
- Excel formula calculations for averages, GP’s, Ratio’s etc on Income Statements and SIGMA Reports
- Analyzing, interpreting and explain variances found on Benchmarks, and compare latest to previous periods
- Compile any other Excel sheets (new or old) with regards to Benchmarks
- Capture and ensure accuracy for all additional dashboards and reports for final Benchmarks

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Good business acumen and financial skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Be computer literate on MS Office, particularly Level 3 Excel and SIGMA
