What’s new at SASSA?


In an effort to reduce lengthy queues and waiting times at their local offices, the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) team has been rolling out the Queue Management System (QMS). As at 30 June 2023, the system has been rollout in 43 SASSA local offices.
