What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in engaging with clients in a telesales environment. You’ll be the voice that represents our brand—offering support, providing product knowledge, and creating a top-tier customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients via phone in a professional and engaging manner.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Resolving customer queries and issues effectively.
- Accurately logging calls and maintaining records.
Required Experience & Qualification

- Completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate (essential)
- Previous call Centre or telesales experience essential
- Fluent in English/Afrikaans and an African language
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
