Job Purpose
Provincial Treasury, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to administer the Division Procurement Client Centre and provide support to the division.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

Key Performance Areas
Render general clerical support and reception services in the PCC; Provide supply chain management (SCM) clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component.
Competencies
Good understanding of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment; Adhere to the WCG policies which includes safeguarding of all stakeholder documents, data and information; Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA); Becoming conversant with and uphold the requirements of Provincial Treasury’s PCC Service Charter.
Skills needed: Working with people; Following instructions and procedures;Writing and reporting; Planning and organizing; Delivering results and meeting customer expectations; Written and verbal communication.
Remuneration
R 228 321- R 268 950 per annum (Salary Level 5)
