Description
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the property, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the premises
– Identify and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
– Perform security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the premises
– Enforce access control procedures and ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry
– Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
– Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports
– Follow all security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
– Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
– Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
– Valid security guard license or certification
Working Conditions:
– This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
– The security guard may be required to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods of time
– The job may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions
