Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure effective execution of business strategies.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage, Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years General Management experience (preferably within the security Industry) but not compulsory.
- A Degree would be beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in Johannesburg or surrounding areas.
- Own reliable transport.
- Willing to work from our offices in Rivonia.
